No surprise here.. I've been spending WAY too much time on social media lately. Good thing though, a friend of mine was posting updates about her vegan truffles that she is making for Spokane area Farmer's Markets. Better yet, she was offering to deliver samples!
I took her up on her offer and she delivered a nice sample to my studio. The colors and textures.... are amazing! And they taste like a dream - rich chocolate paired with spices and flavor combinations out of this world.
